Oskar is a Polish-born, Philadelphia-raised photographer currently based in South Jersey. He received his B.F.A. from the Maryland Institute College of Art and has worked as a photographer for more than ten years.
Oskar currently shoots full-time for Urban Outfitters but takes on select freelance projects and has recently started a new business with his wife shooting weddings, elopements, and family photography called Merit & co.
Making images is a form of practicing gratitude, appreciating and examining the world, and oskar is grateful for every chance he has to find the magic in the everyday.
When not working on photography, Oskar hangs out with his wife and newborn son, plays and records music, polishes up on his French and German, practices calligraphy and works on paintings, and tries to master the French omelet or make the perfect spaghetti aglio e olio. He may also be researching a new wine region, producer, vintage, or his next bottle (or case) to purchase.
