i’ve been interested in artists, craftsmen, and makers and the spaces in which they create since I was young. as a student in art school i loved visiting my friends’ studios to see what they were up to talk about their process. i eventually learned to love the crits too. the studio, which can be a physical space or just a state of mind, can be a magical place. this is a selection of images of people who have let me into their creative spaces while they work.
